DKN XG3

The XG-3 is DKN Technology’s introductory X series vibration machine. It is a Triplanar vibration only machine and is similar if not identical, to 3G Cardio or Power Plate offerings. The vibrating platform is very large, measuring 27.5 x 13 in., you will definitely not have an issue with your feet running off the platform. It is even big enough for you to do abdominal crunches or other exercises that require you to be on your hands and knees.

There are 2 control panels, the main control at the top, and a secondary one at the bottom. This means you can control the machine while you are sitting down or even when you are doing a push up. The main control comes with a digital LCD screen that has an integrated exercise coach. The XG3 comes with 4 preset routines–Abs, Total Body, Upper Body, and Lower Body, and also a manual setting. For each routine, the LCD display shows you the individual exercise to perform and runs for a continuous 10 minutes with break times. As for the manual mode, you can adjust it from 30 seconds all the way to 10 minutes, at whichever frequency you desire, from 20 Hz upto 50 Hz.

The DKN XG3 vibration machine is fairly well built and the pole is made of steel and feels extremely sturdy and rigid. Holding onto the handle bar, you can pull it and the machine doesn’t feel wobbly. Just make sure you don’t pull it too hard and tip the machine over.

If you like to visually see a routine and follow it step by step, then this vibration machine will do very well with you. Not only that, the DKN XG-3 vibration machine also has an excellent handlebar and a very roomy platform for you to perform even the most complicated exercises on the vibrating plates. The only complaint is that its not as powerful as some of the other types of vibration machines on the market given the price range.
