Trial Period

Some machines have 30 days trial, some have shorter or longer. If it doesn’t work out for you for whatever reason, give us a call back and we will give you the information to return the unit. We will then proceed to provide a full refund less any applicable fees (shipping, restocking, etc…) for that particular unit. Since every manufacturer is different, we will let you know during your purchase.

All products shipped will be delivered within 10 business days via standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited or express shipping. If however, you need express shipping for your order, please contact us and we can help make some arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure credit card processor and orders filled usually by the next business day.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will issue your credit within 5-7 business days.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please contact us to get the shipping address to return the unit. Once we receive the unit, we will issue a full refund minus any applicable fees (shipping, restocking, etc…)

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees including but not limited to restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
